A Year of Growth and New Opportunities
2024 has been a monumental year for me, and one of the highlights has been being accepted into The All Black Collective Mentorship Program. This opportunity has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to connect with mentors and peers who share my passion for growth, leadership, and making a difference. As I continue to build on this momentum, I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be attending INBOUND 2024 in Boston—for the fifth year!!
INBOUND offers unparalleled opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals, potential partners, clients, and mentors from around the globe. It’s always exciting to reconnect with past clients, meet future collaborators, and catch up with industry friends in such a collaborative environment. This year, I’m especially excited to see how INBOUND continues to foster a diverse and inclusive environment. The All Black Collective, a global community for Black professionals, has expanded its reach to the LATAM community. I can’t wait to see their calendar of events and spend time at their activation space, which has practically become my home base at INBOUND.
INBOUND consistently delivers cutting-edge content from top industry experts, influencers, and thought leaders. I’m particularly eager to hear about the new features, product launches, and strategies that will shape marketing, sales, and customer service over the next year. And don’t even get me started on Partner Day—I’m hopeful for meaningful updates on how HubSpot plans to grow their partner program, especially amplifying Black and Brown partner owners. This is where I get to see the fruits of my feedback to HubSpot on operational efficiencies and product enhancements.
The event is packed with a diverse range of sessions, including hands-on workshops, breakout sessions, and keynote speeches. These sessions are where I’ve gained actionable insights that have directly impacted my work. I’m especially excited about the new sessions on AI and future technologies, which are set to be a major focus this year.
Past INBOUND events have featured influential figures like Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey. This year, I’m especially excited for the keynote with Serena Williams, who embodies perseverance and determination, and Ryan Reynolds, whose blend of creativity and business acumen is something I admire.
INBOUND is more than just sessions—it’s about creating memorable experiences. From the networking events to the late-night comedy shows, like David Spade’s performance during INBOUND After Hours, there’s something for everyone. These experiences make the event not just informative, but also incredibly fun and engaging.

While I’m excited about all the sessions, there are a few that I’m particularly looking forward to:
- Keynote with Serena Williams – A powerhouse on and off the court, Serena’s journey of perseverance, determination, and success is one I can’t wait to hear firsthand.
- Ryan Reynolds (a.k.a. Deadpool) – Ryan’s ability to blend creativity with business acumen is something I admire. I plan to be FRONT AND CENTER to hear his insights on branding, innovation, and what’s next in his career.
- Kara Swisher’s Session – Kara Swisher, often dubbed the oracle of the tech world, always brings unparalleled insights. I’m thrilled to hear her thoughts on where the technology industry has been and where it’s heading over the next few years.
- V Boykin on Work Less, Do More – Dr. V’s session promises to deliver practical solutions on decreasing stress and increasing productivity. Her focus on building support systems and leveraging HubSpot resources aligns perfectly with my goals for professional growth.
- HubSpot Spotlight Session – Hearing from HubSpot leaders like Yamini Rangan, Andy Pitre, and Dharmesh Shah is always a highlight. I’m eager to dive into the latest trends in AI, marketing, and sales, and learn about the exciting innovations coming to the HubSpot platform.
