Efficiency Partner

At Howl Marketing, we know great strategy requires focus. That focus happens when the details are handled with care. We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant who thrives on organization, communication, and bringing calm to a busy day.

This role is more than inbox management or calendar invites. It is about becoming a true partner to our Founder and Chief Strategist, anticipating needs, protecting focus time, and keeping priorities moving forward. If you love building systems, balancing details, and helping leaders stay in their zone of genius, you will feel right at home here.

What You Will Do
  • Manage calendars, travel, and weekly schedules to keep priorities clear
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and end-of-week recaps so communication flows seamlessly
  • Support invoicing, light reporting, and recurring tasks with accuracy
  • Keep tools tidy, including Monday.com boards, Google Drive, and Loom libraries
  • Anticipate upcoming needs such as travel confirmations or theme updates before they become urgent
  • Protect focus time by buffering schedules and flagging unnecessary noise
What Makes You a Fit
  • 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, remote experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a knack for organization
  • Comfortable juggling both business and personal tasks with discretion
  • Quick learner with digital tools like Google Suite, Slack, and project management platforms
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to suggest better ways of doing things
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with cloud-based apps, including but not limited to G-Suite (e.g., Gmail, G-Cal, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets/Forms) and Slack. Excellent Excel skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability, adept at anticipating and addressing challenges, and developing preventive systems.
  • Capability to establish new systems and processes to streamline business and personal functions. If you naturally seek opportunities for process improvement, please highlight this in your application.

This role begins part-time at 10 to 15 hours per week with the potential to grow. You can work from anywhere in the U.S. as long as you are available during EST business hours.
