We’re searching for a trailblazing Project Lead to oversee client projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic oversight, hands-on project management, and team coordination to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Day to day, the Project Lead will align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate progress both internally and externally. The Project Lead works closely with the Founder and the internal team to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds expectations.

 

The Project Manager works directly with the Founder and his/her main priority will be to:

Project Management:

  • Lead the execution of multiple client projects, from initial kickoff to final delivery.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and client communications, ensuring that all project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Provide clear direction and task delegation to team members (designers, developers, content creators, etc.) across various platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Slack).
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, ensuring regular updates and status reports.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in client interactions, manage expectations, and address concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate meetings (e.g., project kickoffs, status updates, and post-project reviews) to ensure continuous alignment with client goals.

Strategic Oversight:

  • Develop and refine project strategies to align with client business objectives, collaborating with internal teams and leadership.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, website redesigns, social media strategies, and CRM setups.
  • Ensure the successful execution of complex deliverables, such as digital campaigns, website launches, and technical audits.

Quality Control:

  • Review and approve all project deliverables to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to client specifications.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and project deliverables, making adjustments to optimize outcomes as needed.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide clients with regular reports on project progress, campaign performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future projects.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (content creators, designers, developers) to ensure seamless task execution.
  • Maintain organized project documentation for both internal and client-facing purposes, including timelines, master docs, and creative briefs.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with clients and managing expectations effectively.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies (e.g., Monday.com, Slack, Asana).
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns, website development, or creative project leadership.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to scope.
Software Proficiencies
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Google Drive (for cloud file storage)

This role is  flexible and fully remote. We expect a commitment of up to 25 hours per week, but daily communication and follow-ups are essential.
