Lead Projects. Build Momentum. Guide With Howl.

Every client project needs someone steady at the helm. At Howl Marketing, the Project Manager role blends strategy with hands-on coordination, making sure our work is delivered with excellence.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track while guiding internal teams toward shared goals. From a website launch to a HubSpot campaign rollout, you will ensure every project feels clear, supported, and successful from start to finish.

What You Will Do

Project Management:

  • Lead the execution of multiple client projects, from initial kickoff to final delivery, across campaigns, websites, and CRM builds.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and client communications, ensuring that all project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Provide clear direction and task delegation to team members (designers, developers, content creators, etc.) across various platforms (e.g., Teamwork, Slack, WhatsApp).
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, ensuring regular updates and status reports.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in client interactions, manage expectations, and address concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate meetings (e.g., project kickoffs, status updates, and post-project reviews) to ensure continuous alignment with client goals.

Strategic Oversight:

  • Develop and refine project strategies to align with client business objectives, collaborating with internal teams and leadership.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, website redesigns, social media strategies, and CRM setups.
  • Ensure the successful execution of complex deliverables, such as digital campaigns, website launches, and technical audits.

Quality Control:

  • Review and approve all project deliverables to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to client specifications.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and project deliverables, making adjustments to optimize outcomes as needed.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide clients with regular reports on project progress, campaign performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future projects.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (content creators, designers, developers) to ensure seamless task execution.
  • Maintain organized project documentation for both internal and client-facing purposes, including timelines, master docs, and creative briefs.
